We have a 100% product satisfaction guarantee. Shipping, handling and insurance is included in the purchase price within the United States only. Therefore, the customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs associated with return.   You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery.   The goods must be returned in perfect condition to qualify for a refund.

In the event your order is damaged, you are entitled to a replacement for those items. You are required to return the damaged goods within 7 days of delivery. You will not incur any extra delivery charges associated with return. Once received, we will refund the postage costs to you along with your order replacement.
